3 Ways to Become Limitless

3 Ways to Become Limitless

Becoming limitless starts by changing your mindset.

1. Mindset

In order to become limitless, you must have the right mindset. You must have the belief that you can achieve amazing things and that you have the potential to do anything you want. What is your current belief system? How do you view yourself? Do you view yourself as worthy? Do you believe you are enough?

If you are not aware of something, you will not have the ability to change it.

For the next few days, make it a point to monitor your thoughts. Be aware of how you talk to yourself and make sure your thoughts are positive and worthy. For example, if you see someone you admire or pass by a nice house, how will you react? Will you react in jealousy or envy? Or will you say to yourself, "Why not me?" Who says you can't have that house or make that much money? YOU CAN. You are enough and you have the potential.

2. Motivation

The word "motivation" can be intimidating to look at, but it doesn't have to be. Let me be clear, you will not always wake up with motivation. There will be days when you do not feel like doing anything. There will be days when you will feel stuck. No one cares. Keep working.

Motivation means taking action and being consistent. It means taking small steps every day. You want to work out and build muscle? Start by doing one push up. The next day, do two. Start small and build your momentum.

There's an amazing study regarding "psychological momentum" which you can read here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5006010/

If you do feel stuck or lack the motivation to accomplish your goals, go back to your "why". What is your purpose in doing this? The most successful people in life have a purpose. They have a clear reason for achieving their goals.

What is your purpose?

3. Methods

If you have the right mindset and the motivation, you'll need the correct methods to get there. Track your daily habits. Are you using your time efficiently? Is there anything you need to change in order to accomplish your goals? Constantly self-evaluate your progress. Keep learning and getting better as a person. How can you be more efficient with your techniques? The best way to be successful? Find a role model, study their habits, and do what they do.

Methods include:
  • Learning
  • Techniques
  • Habits

Here are some quotes to get you started:

“Habits are formed by the repetition of particular acts. They are strengthened by an increase in the number of repeated acts. Habits are also weakened or broken, and contrary habits are formed by the repetition of contrary acts.” ― Mortimer Adler

"Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you."

"Great things never come from comfort zones."

"Success doesn't find you. You have to go out and get it."

“He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how." ― Friedrich Nietzsche
