Ingredients
1 green apple
2 handfuls of greens
Pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 frozen banana
Almond milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
2 pitted dates
Caramel Sauce
Directions
1) Add all of the ingredients (minus the caramel) to a high speed blender and blend on high.
2) Drizzle a little of the caramel sauce around your glass and pour the smoothie into the glass.
